Known problems and Plans

Known Problems:

SVG, VML, and PDF export:
  • Formatting issues, especially the ordinate (Y-axis) label, which may be improperly rotated
  • Access Violation if special-drawn text features (e.g. FindSites) are being used

    You will occasionally get memory errors.  Please let me know the steps to reproduce the error if you can.

    The similarity plot display will be a little odd if you have long stretches of gaps.  It may be best to remove sites containing gaps or ambiguous alignment before analysis.

    Planned improvements: 

    RIP-style thicker lines where confidence in assignment is greatest, or other measure of statistical significance
    More informative error messages in general
